Each of our pizzas are created by hand, using only the freshest ingredients, starting with imported flour to create the perfect dough, followed by the freshest toppings that consist of organic farm grown vegetables, imported beef from Australia and New Zealand, 100 percent natural imported cheeses, ocean fresh seafood, as-well-as using all organically grown herbs and spices from Tagaytay, and Mindanao Philippines.

Wyllin Creman first visited us back on January 17, 2016 where she took our 3 day pizza making course. Wyllin was very impressed with our products, store efficiency, product costing, profit margins and our awesome support system.

On July 28, 2017 Wyllin Creman opened her store at Level 3, Robinsons Place Mall, Iligan City, Mindanao. On opening day our authentic Neapolitan style pizza was received with great excitement. Opening day we received over 150 customers, and this continued, with them having to increase the number of waiters, and kitchen staff. To Wyllin Creman we say thank you, and congratulations. 
 
OUR AWESOME TRADITIONAL ITALIAN MENU
Pizza Freaks Menu Iligan City, MindanaoFreshly created Neapolitan Pizza is our core product, and always will be. Each of our artisan pizzas are freshly created and baked to order on a daily basis, in our fire brick oven at 800 to 900 degrees F, and come in 10 inch and 14 inch only, with each artisan pizza topped with a generous portion of only the finest and freshest ingredients including 100 percent Mozzarella cheese. 

Our other popular and delicious products include pastas like our spaghetti combo platter that includes marinara sauce, beer cheese sauce, and our traditional Italian gravy, soups, sandwiches, salads, and our rice meals that include our Cajun roasted chicken, and wings diavolo and our home-made desserts all of which allow us to appeal to a large variety of consumers.

The dining area at Pizza Freaks has been designed to provide spaciousness and seating convenience. We want our customers to have a great view of the mall area, and of the kitchen area. Giving our customers the feeling of openness, with nice earthy colors and moderate lighting creates a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
 
KITCHEN DESIGN
Pizza Freaks Restaurant KitchenOur pizza kitchen has been designed with a great deal of thought, allowing us to maximize our space while producing great tasting Neapolitan pizza with a maximum bake time of 90 seconds. Unique to Pizza Freaks design is the the entire kitchen is visible from the dining room and the mall area walkway. This concept was be design, as Chef Rick St. John  wanted to create excitement from customers inside the store and from those passing by. 

From our serving line, you can watch the dough being made, using our high capacity mixer, then onto the pizza making table, where we hand stretch the dough, and ad our premium  toppings. Both children and adults alike find this exciting to watch, and further they love watching the pizza they ordered being made right in front of them. 

We have an area next to the pizza making station for our, "Buy A Slice" pizza. This is really convenient for the customer on the go, or just for a quick snack. Our hot line table allows us to server other yummy dishes, including rice meals and pastas all very quickly, so for those on a tight schedule, this may be the perfect choice.

If you are chosen to be a Franchise Owner by Pizza Freaks, you will have the opportunity to implement and grow a Pizza Freaks franchise in your area, employing members of your local community, which is a great honor and privilege.

As a Franchise Owner of a Pizza Freaks store you will be required to have a good reputation in your local community, with good principles and integrity.

Our minimum investment required is PHP1,750,000.00, this amount includes your franchise fee for the first five (5) years, as-well-as all equipment, manuals, training, everything needed to have a fully operational store. We will assist you in finding the best location for your store, however financial securing and store build-out cost of that location will be shouldered by the franchisee.

DINE IN & DELIVERY TYPE 70 SQUARE METERS

Our smallest dine-in store allowed is 70 square meters, this is the perfect size store for someone with minimal experience working in a kitchen. This size of store can easily handle a small dine-in crowd and deliveries.

  • Franchise Fee – Php750,000
  • Term – 5 years with Yearly Renewal
  • Total Capital Required – Php1,750,000
  • 3 Percent Royalty Fee
  • Minimum Space Requirement – 70 square meters

DINE-IN, DELIVERY & DELI TYPE 100 SQUARE METERS

Our larger store is perfect for the individual who has working experience in a restaurant and or management, this larger store offers more seating capacity as-well-as delivery and a small deli counter where imported meats and cheeses can be bought by consumers.

  • Franchise Fee – Php7500,000
  • Term – 5 years with Yearly Renewal
  • Total Capital Required – Php2,500,000
  • 3 Percent Royalty Fee
  • Minimum Space Requirement – 100 square meters

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Submit Letter of Intent
  • Submit Accomplished Application Form
  • Submit Proposed Sites (at least 3 locations)
  • Execute Reservation Agreement
  • Submit last two (2) months Bank Statement
